Yep; they didn't see the Great Collapse, either. For people with bad vision, they get paid a lot of bucks. Wait 'til peak oil smacks them upside the head.

According to the CBO the cost is $940 billion over 10 years. Even if you discount all the savings that is not going to move markets.

Greece, bad housing numbers, Google in China, and double dip recession fears will more likely be reasons why the market goes down tomorrow.
