CK is right. The "reform" is quite limited, and is clearly not the intended final product. The prohibition on preexisting condition exclusions alone has the potential of putting commercial insurers into an absolutely untenable position. All that needs to happen is that enough people would to do the financially smart thing and delay purchasing insurance until they get sick. Once insurers can't make it, it is quite obvious what the solution would be.
