I try not post as it is considered by some to be improper to do so desepite the fact that Amy, Ted and I are independant board members, unafilliated with JBII, and not able to represent the company in any way. I wish it to be known, however, that we do monitor in order to assess opinion, sentiment, concerns, etc. If you review my profile and resume, you will note that I am both significantly invested in JBII and involved in the investigation of fraudulent/suspect/irregular activities in banking. Does this mean that JBII is completely legitimate, unquestionabe? Of course not, no questionable activity can be discerned until such time as indicators present. To my mind, however, based upon my personal experience as both investigator, and as inquisitive individual, John B and JBII represent a legitimate opportunity unparralled to my experience. The proof of the company will be demonstrated by the financials. I would not be as significantly invested if I did not believe in this comapny, nor would I have accepted the position of Board member. I wish also to not that the Board of directors is concerned with ascertaining issues of note to the shareholders and addressing their concerns. Ted, Amy and I have discussed many issues. Things are being done that shall be manifest in thier own time. You may address issues to James Parker, IR, or to us,and we shall try to address issues as we ae able. Please explain how a Member of the JBII Board of Directors are unaffiliated with the company and do not represent JBII in any way? That makes no sense to me at all. Also, given your positions, have you considered paying the iHub IRP premium? The company is compensating you, right? siliconinvestor.com
