I already gave a very detailed explanation ('bout a week ago) outlining what I mostly liked, and disliked, about the bill.

And in that post I clearly stated that I expected fairly continuous changes to be added to the national health care regime over many more years to come.

So... no 'biggie', of course there will be further tweaks/additions.changes to come.
