Yesterday it announced that it has signed a non-exclusive distribution agreement with GE Healthcare for its Res-Q60 BMC, a device used to prepare cell concentrates, including stem cells, from bone marrow.

In January, KOOL signed an enhanced distribution agreement with GE Healthcare for its AXP System, used to process stem cells from cord blood, in a number of major regions throughout the world.

Revenues have been lower in the last 2Qs, but if the EL for 2010is correct, the pending 4thQ results should be on the black, since the 9M loss is already $0.09 and the Yr. loss is estimated at $0.05 <g>

The stock is trying to get off from the longer term DT coming from its Nov2006 H at $5.06
