1) If parts of the bill are ever held to be unconstitutional, other parts would most likely remain.

2) If the individual insurance mandate is what's held unconstitutional... then that piece would most likely just be replaced by an expansion of Medicare to all (or some other 'public option') and a tax to cover the cost.

3). If the bill is held unconstitutional then a WHOLE HELL of a lot of other federal laws will have to be invalidated as well....
