Yeah, my real name is Vic. -g-

I see potential change around mid-April when the last Fed
contracts settle. Growing Monetary base can be bearish with
declining M3, as per Mish, since banking reserves are a component, as well
as printing. Banking reserves is money NOT lent, or withdrawn
from the economy. Thus, ballooning reserves in excess of
printing are bearish, similar to 2008.

My guess is Jim Rogers sees it the same way - the printing
press grinding to a halt. He is thus bearish.
