Been there done that as they say, but I think it is likely all government entitlements will have to be restructured at some point.

Gingrich made it clear in "Gettysburg" that the South believed the North was hell bent on permanently altering the Founders intentions. The Rebels remind me of us today and our fervent desire to destroy those who we believe are intentionally altering the Founders intentions.
