No guarantee that you would be offered the exact SAME quality or quantity of insurance at that point-in-time.

(Just because you 'can't be turned down' for the most basic of insurance plans doesn't mean that all insurance plans will cost the same, or that you will then automatically qualify for a "Cadillac plan" at some super-low price. The insurance companies will still, within limits, be able to 'price appropriately' for you. <g>)
