Not with respect to the nearly $500 Billion dollars in direct taxpayer-paid SUBSIDIES that the insurance industry has received in this program since it's inception... and not with respect to the over one Trillion dollars that the C.B.O. projects it will receive over the next decade unless this SUBSIDY is stopped.

Sure sounds like the very definition of "corporate welfare" to me....
