O definitely shouldn't have left the drug cos off the hook. Nor the hospitals, nor the insurance companies. Single payor was the hammer to beat them all down with, and he took that off the table from the git-go. If you wanna know why the bill stinks, there it is.

To paraphrase Dennis Green "They are who we thought they were, and we let 'em off the hook!"

Nonsense. The insurance co's did not want this bill to pass. They wanted the status quo.
