I wonder why the Jehovah' Witnesses and Seventh Day Adventists didn't demand special guarantees that no Federal money supporting the health care system would be spent on blood products or blood transfusions - as the infusion or use of blood products is an abomination before the Lord. If you think you may need blood products sometime in the future, you would be required to have purchased special "blood product" insurance coverage. Perhaps these two religious denominations are not as snoopervisory as Catholics -- or maybe they correctly perceive they don't have enough political clout to impose their religious laws on society at large, due to excessive use of birth control methods. .
