Globalstar......A consumer products company¿¿¿¿¿

That doesn't sound like Weazel Speak™ and the Dearly Beloved????

it sure doesn't... at least to this LONG shareholder... it sounds more like ZenWooHoo (or would that be ZenBooHoo? :D)

the Finally, we are rolling out with a WiMax platform in order to become a rural broadband vendor in the near future... also nicely explains the full-stop termination of the relationship with QCOM when Qualcomm’s current contractual obligations to deliver second-generation phones, data modems and accessories is completed in January 2012.

It's absurd that they ever thought Globalstar was not a "consumer products company". They wanted to be a "virtual market" supplier with high margins = a few customers paying a fortune, which was not going to work because they needed millions of customers.

But it can be both. Like selling petrol/gasoline. It's just a commodity.
