The reason the market generally doesn't react well to the company's press releases is because typically, LBAS does not write very informative releases. Take the most recent press release for instance. Seemingly the order from Gould is good news, but the press release doesn't tell investors much of anything.

For instance, how much is the PO for? What kind of devices were purchased (it's unclear from the release)? When does delivery begin?

These are fundamental questions that any prudent investor needs to know before buying or selling based on news. The PO could have been for $500k or $50MM we simply have no idea. The company failed to provide critical information and the stock reacted (or failed to react) accordingly.

If LBAS does a better job of communicating with the street, the market will surely reward them for it.

Pocketthis, wouldn't PTCRB and funding be information they are required to release?
