40%+ could care less as they do not pay any tax. It's like Greece.. give me more..
If we assume they vote, some number of democrats will return to congress. if we need 2/3's to pass changes where will they come from? Oh, 2/3's no longer part of our constitution?
Democrats now changed everything to a majority vote. We can add the 40%+, to the far left voters, and some middle left voters. Perhaps we are over estimating a huge change in the next election.
