McKenna is acting as he should. The governor wishes to politicize the office of Attorney General. It isn't a matter of what she likes or how nice or terrible it could be. It is a simple matter of how they wish to achieve this. An Army of IRS storm troopers doesn't sound like a pleasant vision.
