You just can't predict a top of a multi-month bull run, although some folks get lucky. I am on watch for one, so I am not a bull at this point, out of long positions, but shorts are too dangerous. I may also be entirely wrong. I tend to play hit and run with shorts, on proper technical setups and with small money... It might pay to increase short positions later. Be careful with emerging markets as well. If we sink, they sink much more. That rule has never been violated, so far.
