The most serious change, there may be others, is to permit corporations to spend as much money as they like running advertisements against or for candidates. This all occurs outside any of the regular campaign funding rules.

When, in my estimation, the most serious problem with our politics, is the costs of campaign financing; when the best solution would be to enhance public financing for campaigns and decrease the role of private funding; this decision is a very large step in the wrong direction.
