Matt.

If Leo is right, he also mentioned, that big investors allready know it some weeks ago. That was then a reason, why CNTR dropped from 2.75 to $2.

>>> It's getting hot in here. <<<

It must be because of El Ni¤o....

>>> do you consider this a sell? <<<

Matt, I posted my recommendations (Hint: PLURAL) twice in recent weeks. Earnings were pretty much what could be expected and did not really change the logic behind them. My apologies to you but I can not be more specific than that because I am not in the business of giving investment advise -- heck, I could use it myself right now... (It's only a figure of speech, Steven !)

As for the termination of the agreement, it is fact.

It is also fact that Centura only has about 3 mill in cash. If the company paid all its outstanding bills today it would end up with less than 2 mill, which means that come February 1st CNTR would no longer be traded on NASDAQ (under new NASDAQ listing requirements).

That is all I know or believe to be true that I had not yet posted.

Everything else, except for your run-of-the-mill takeover rumours (none of which I have yet been able to confirm) has already been posted to the thread by someone along the way. It would of course be foolish for us to assume that we know everything we need to know about the company to be able to make a perfect investment decision; but how often do you find one where so much is already known ?

In closing, you are right, the future of CNTR looks pretty bleak to me -- provided that Centura and InfoSpinner do not find some creative and face-saving way to kiss and make-up (IMO unlikely at this point). And provided that a cash-laden knight-in-shining-armor does not rescue Centura before it has to own-up to the termination of the ForeSite aggreement (unconfirmed rumours abound as always).

Now, if it is rumours you want to talk about instead, there are so many floating around that I would not know where to start. Earl may have changed his mind and decided to stay -- and maybe not. Sam may be stepping down soon -- and maybe not. Centura may be downsizing again very soon anywhere from a few people all the way down to only about 20 or so left -- and maybe not. Centura is about to perform a miracle with the deferred revenues and tax credits it carries on the books -- and maybe not. Centura is partnering with (enter the name here) and no longer needs ForeSite -- and maybe not. Centura yada, yada, yada...

Oh, yes, and did I already tell you about the rumour apparently started on this thread that the Cuba situation is heating up again ?!...

You are right, Matt. Based only on the known facts the future of CNTR looks bleak. No, bleak is not descriptive enough. How about dismal ? On the other hand, based on the rumours we are all about to strike it rich, but not today. Tomorrow. No, not today. Tomorrow. No, I really meant tomorrow.

Does that mean any of us should buy, hold, or sell ? Well, that is a decision each of us need to make in our opinion. Are you an investor ? A speculator ? A gambler ? Or a loony ?...

In any case, whatever you decide to do I will in fact sleep better knowing that at least you and I both made our decisions based on the same information available to me at the time.

Good luck to you !
