The PPT has been out in full force for the past 2 weeks, imho.

I'm not a huge believer in the PPT, especially at tops in the market. Anybody buying now gets to ride the purchase to the bottom. I can't see someone like Goldman Sachs thinking it is a great idea. The concept of the PPT would be there to buy as the market is plunging and they would be buying cheap assets.

Let's see what happens in a couple of weeks when people have to start writing checks to the state and fed for taxes.
