Oh stuff it Kenneth. Simple tags like that don't work. It isn't coverage, it is the manner in which coverage is provided.

Can you please supply the suit in which McKenna sued to take away coverage for children with pre-existing conditions?

Washington Basic Health!

Basic Health Plus is a Medicaid program for children in qualified households. If you are eligible for Basic Health, your children may be eligible for Basic Health Plus. If your children are not living in your household, you may be able to enroll them in Basic Health, but not Basic Health Plus.

The chart below lists the benefits for the two programs.

You must be referring to the Attorney General in Washington State who is challenging the bill along with Attorney Generals from other states.

Please post precisely what the Attorney General in Washington is filing verbatim.

Is there any mention of "pre-existing conditions"?
