Oh stuff it Kenneth. Simple tags like that don't work. It isn't coverage, it is the manner in which coverage is provided. Can you please supply the suit in which McKenna sued to take away coverage for children with pre-existing conditions?

You must be referring to the Attorney General in Washington State who is challenging the bill along with Attorney Generals from other states. Please post precisely what the Attorney General in Washington is filing verbatim. Is there any mention of "pre-existing conditions"? Verbatim.
