I actually think there are bargains in Real Estate in
some places. Most certainly, investment is justified,
but cheap will get dirt cheap as the govt. credit
runs out. Houses cost money to build, and supply from bubble
triggered overbuilding can only last so long ...

There is a pipeline of unforeclosed foreclosures, and that
is about to hit. So, the mess in the housing market will
continue to unfold, for now.

It's pretty easy to see....if your society revolves around bubbles, financial mafia, ponzi finance, and banker buddies....you're doomed.
