Investors are not stupid. They know that a partnership of government and business preserves the current business. Kindler is no dummy, he knows who has the monopoly on guns and force in this protection racket. The current manufacturers will acquire permanency ('too-big-to-fail') status and start ups and other innovators will be frozen into permanent niches - establishing a business caste system of rigid roles and responsibilities. This country which never had an aristocracy or caste system is about get one - a system based on who bows lowest to Obama.
