Another bold statement from you that seems to be unsubstantiated (remember the $10M in funding any day now from the horses mouth). I will give you the benefit of the doubt and see if the certs come by the end of the month as you stated. I am ready to eat my words if they do, and I think you should stop misleading people if they don't.
