Obviously, you don't care about our Constitution and preserving the rights of the majority and the minority. You know that you are leaping to false conclusions. You rats have designed and implemented with barely a simple majority of Congress the most egregious piece of legislation in American history. This is a power grab by Pelosi and Obama over all of the American people, our economy, our businesses.--------with a bare simple majority vote of about 50%. In America, we have seen nothing like this in your lifetime. For myself I can only look to similar politicians in other countries who grasp for control over their nations people. Ultimately they all failed in their efforts to rule with iron fists------regretably after causing millions of deaths of their own people. May God bless and protect America and the Attorney Generals in their work as they stand against the tyranny of Pelosi, Obama and the other Democrats who aided and abetted them in this Socialistic takeover of America. mj

McKenna is challenging the manner in which the bill is taxing. It doesn't change the law if the SCOTUS finds that portion unconstitutional.They will just have to tax you with higher income taxes to support the bill. That is more reasonable than demanding people buy coverage they don't want. I would like to see you pay for what you wanted, rather than everyone else. I am somewhat sheltered from the bill. Quite legally. An additional income tax was coming anyway. Who was Obama trying to kid?
