I wouldn't get excited about it; it is a one-day poll, which Gallup doesn't even seem to feel comfortable with.

Most interesting comment from Gallup on it?

"However, only Democrats show greater enthusiasm than anger. Independents are twice as likely to be angry as enthusiastic, and Republicans 10 times as likely."
