joseffy, this is simply one method of asset stripping the citizenry in order to enrich insiders and elites. these scams are pervasive in government - we are being looted left and right. all the billions and trillions spent by the government end up in someone's pocket. yes, workers get a small piece, but how much did labor get on those $1000 hammers and how much did the insiders get? yeah, you get the idea. when france created green jobs, the actual work earned 10-20% of the payout for the green job. the insiders collected the rest - and they go the rest for every one of their employees! loot, loot, loot, looting machine. that is what government has become. if you don't like it, you are on a watch list. help fight the powers - the bad power... swarm central at swarmusa.com.
