Any comment on CYMI's future? Is the current price a good entry point? Can someone sum up the reason why CYMI dropped from its high?

In discussions with Cymer, it was mentioned that Nikon is working on 0.1 micron tool using ArF laser, and that they expect to achieve resolution down to 0.07 micron in ten to twelve years hence. You state "... If you have a wavelength source less than .13um there is no known lens that can focus this wavelength." Is it possible to focus 0.1 um wavelenght using coated mirrors instead of lenses? Tulvio
