I agree but educating people how to better use available tools more efficiently is different than educating people about how to use tools that are not available to them.

It is a long slog to a better world but we are now one step closer.

And that's exactly why part of this bill expands local healthcare facilities, providing funds for training of new nurses and primary care doctors, and for primary care clinics around the country.
