i've heard that this bill is designed to bankrupt the insurance companies.

i don't buy that argument just yet. i think the primary aspects of this bill are 1. revenue for the bankers to loot and 2. further implementation of the police state started in earnest by bush.

my guess is that the law will be changed in order to up the penalties in order to make us captive to the bankers in insurance.

the irs, along with their shiny new shotguns, will be checking your account bi-weekly. every transaction over $600 will be reported to the irs.

the government can already claim a citizen is a terrorist and detain them indefinitely without charges.

bush made sure we no longer have a bill of rights or constitutional rights, we have a bill of privileges and constitutional privileges that all depend on the kindness of the current dear leader (who is bought and paid for by the uber bankers and corporatists).

Yeah that would be too bad if the insurance co's went belly up over this. LOL
