oh bummer! Isn't FICA a tax on payroll and not an insurance purchase? There isn't any insurance or assurance involved with FICA. The taxes collected are paid out to the retirees. Nothing can be put aside since that isn't allowed. All monies collected must be spent or returned. Guess spent is their choice. The declining birth rate most likely wasn't figured in their calculations of future costs. Dumasrats should have invoked their value added tax first to pay for universal bamahcare like the europeans and canadians they choose to emulate did. Value added tax coming this fall right after elections. Unlike the states sales taxes the value added tax will be included in the purchase price rather than added to purchase price after purchase. A value added tax is more a burden on the poor than on the rich. Save your sales receipts for some will be given tax credits to offset their value added tax. Next the dumasrats will need to legalize illegal aliens to offset coming elections voter shortfalls. They will need to pick up millions of votes to maintain their majority if the polls are to be believed. They need the immigration amnesty "reform" next.
