Now you're talking. At last, a glimmer of light: <I believe that they only way to do this quickly. And also deal a blow to the competition is to "aggressively price" the MOU to sell through the hardware inventory in the channel.. >

Yes, no more of the $3 a minute business. Slash the prices aggressively, all the way down to $2 a minute or even $1.50 a minute and don't force people to sign 10 year contracts or even 5 year contracts. In a surprise move to stun the competition, cut the contracts all the way to 18 months. And make the sign up fee only $149.

And if people go over their bundled minutes, charge them heaps to make up for the aggressive pricing. Don't forget to get arpu up too. Banks love arpu and so do shareholders. They look at their accounts and think "Woah!! Look how many arpus I've got".

Then nickel and dime the subscribers to make up for those bargains. Say $1 per connecting the call, plus 20c for disconnecting it. Charge incoming calls heavily - non-Globalstar callers should pay heaps for the privilege of calling a Globalstar customer.

Well, you get the idea...

We will have to wait and see what "aggressive" means. Globalstar will think that since there is plenty of "market" aka customers for all the satellite operators, there's no reason to be too aggressive.
