Well, I'm sure the wait staff won't complain about it, but apparently it's the restaurants that are passing their responsibility on to the patron... all I can say is I will not leave any tip and will make sure I tell the waiter/waitress that the tip is going towards the HC fee... if enough people tell the wait staff that their tips are being spent elsewhere, I'm sure there will be some sort of uproar... I have to believe that these restaurants will not mention the HC fee but just increase prices on the menu... either way, if that's what happens, I plan not to dine at any restaurant again, I'm a better cook than the crap they serve at most places anyhow... GZ
