s martin, if you're in legal battles, you are not allowed to post something that could be detrimental to the company, no matter who you are! The question arises now whether or not the website was put up due to either negligence on the part of Magellan or the website was put up as reckless behavior. You can take photographs of a company, and you can use them in a lawsuit against a company. But when the charge of stock manipulation is the forefront of your lawsuit, and this manipulation entails things done on the internet, then you are just as at fault as Riley G and the cartel. My point is, whatever happens, Mork Dempsey had better cover his arse soon, or he will lose it.
