They won't like it of course, (no bureaucracy likes having it's reason for being and it's powers and size threatened...), and they will run around making speeches against it... but the DEA enforces FEDERAL LAWS, not State laws.

I agree completely.

Get rid of the federal laws and leave it up to each State to legalize and tax (or not).

Exactly the same as tobacco and as alcohol.
