Everyone can agree that House Speaker Tip O'Neil started inflicting deficits upon America ever since Reagan. Democrats are the spend party. It used to be the tax and spend, when the taxes were reduced it became the borrow and spend party.

Obama is the Borrow and Spend President on steroids..

Taking less money from people isn't an abuse, its lowering the amount of abuse.

Also the tax cuts where not just for the rich but where for essentially all income tax payers.

Reagan started it

So your idea is any top marginal tax rate below 70% is abuse? Ridiculous.
