Well, since we're doing diet books, I'll have to get mine going as well.

I weigh the same as I did in high school, but I am also the world's largest consumer of Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chips.

I consume 100-Lbs. annually.

Today's breakfast? 6-oz. of lean pork loin, a serving of peas and carrots, an orange, and a handful of chocolate chips.

I visit the Doc once or twice a decade, and I had my recent visit last month at the urging of my wife, which is strange, since my doc is a chick. Once again, it was pretty much a complete waste of everyone's time. I basically found out you weigh 5-lbs. more if you step on a scale in their office fully clothed with keys, wallet, cell phone, and heavy shoes.

Oh, I also found out my cholesterol is lower if I don't eat two Pizza Hut medium pan pizzas the night before the test like I did 20-years ago. However, it was still great after the pizzas.

I also found out fasting before a sugar test is for wusses, as mine was fine even after eating an orange for breakfast.
