Yes. A tax loophole was closed. They, and some other companies, were using a provision of the tax code in ways it wasn't intended. Nothing illegal about that, but they don't have much ground to stand on when that gets addressed.

I hear the IRS will have to hire 10,000 more agents to collect the new taxes from this bill.
