I believe that Arnold Freilich said last year that the revs from IBM alone would carry them through the year. Also, the stock went to about 3.62 when IBM signed up. It was some time later in May of 1996 that the stock went to 11 on news of a court date. The court date gave the patent a lot of credibility and the speculators rushed in. It will happen again on the announcement of the Markman hearing.
