Martin, You still have missed an important point. There will be no issuance of the warrants unless CardCall meets certain performance based goals on a quarter by quarter basis. If they meet these eps goals then a certain amount of the warrants are able to be fullfilled. That means that the money must be on the bottom line before they can get .20 shares. All of DCI's recent acquisitions were purchased the same way, with performance based incentives that need to be meet before options or warrants come into play. Hope this helps to clarify things.
