re: 55%... Up here and in the US ... One of the main reasons we saddle ourselves with politicians is to try and prevent vigilante rule... A crappy choice to be sure.. but it's what we do to try and protect us from ourselves ... amazingly the alternative is worse.. we could be living in Afghanistan.. :O)
