Wonderful quip, but you can't run a country on the unpredictable generosity of philanthropists. Not the point Al. You cant run a country by taxing the taxpayers over the threshold of no return. You posted Buffet's quote. If he doesn't want to pay more than what is required the he should STFU or propose a change to the system. The problem is the group that pay little or no taxes is growing and the tax paying group is shrinking. And the POTUS just keeps on spending like the little train that could. That is not a quip... it is reality.
