They claimed their "next trial" may be a post marketing study if approved on the PDUFA or they can start another study. otoh they mentioned one possibility is packaging some earlier phase 2 data with the pivotal data to refile. Also claimed bond holders are eager to convert at prices supportive of the company and institutions would like to fund them. What else to expect to hear from them?
