What does this have to do with "death squads"?

A while back this thread began a lively, off-and-on discussion about "death squads." Coinciding with and subsumed into that discussion were the changed recommendations WRT mammograms, which were perceived by some to be part of that phenomenon. So now whenever I post something about changes in recommendations for various types of care and about mammograms in particular, I post it under that header.
