To answer your question-----"Is it true that Obama will go to Korea etc.?" I don't know.

jmho with a few observations

North Korea will continue with their nuclear development as crude as I have read it is in a few articles

Their relationship with Iran is of big concern---------as the presumption is that Iran already has capability for Nuclear Weapons. I'll leave this to the military pundits.

You tweaked a few observations over the recent years-----

Several years ago we sent a Symphony Orchestra to North Korea to show what music was like in America of a classical nature. As I looked at the pictures coming back I realized that music is one avenue for healing but sensed a reluctance for embracing this beautiful music and making a step in the direction of democracy.

Another picture I shall always remember is former President Bill Clinton going to Korea and sitting beside the President of North Korea. I have never seem Bill Clinton look so wooden as he sat there. He truly looked frozen.

Of course we know that Obama is likely to use his flexibiity to bow and kiss.

One of the more improper things the Obamas have ever done was Michelle putting her arm around the Queen of England. There are protocols and Michelle showed her ignorance of protocol and manners.

An idle question----------does Obama travel to these nations without representation by the Republicans on his plane? If he doesn't include Republican Members of Congress, he is certainly acting independently and not in a bipartisan way.
