Re: "Republicans have united behind a concept of reforming the healthcare system." But not behind an ACTUAL COMPREHENSIVE BILL that can boast any more then trifling or fragmentary support. Whole lot easier to 'replace' something when you have something (with more then a snowball's chance) to replace it with. <g> However, I'll grant that merely having talking points, and a collection of slap-dab proposals and various lightly supported bills is a Heck of a lot better for the purpose of running in elections, (then an actual comprehensive plan would be)....
