There is no doubt that Republicans will control the House. The act of ramming a hugely unpopular healthcare takeover through Congress has increased the likelihood of a Republican controlled Senate from under 10% to slightly over 50%. If democrats retain control of both chambers of Congress you have bragging rights. If Republicans gain control of the House I have bragging rights. If Republicans gain control of the Senate then I have absolute bragging rights.
