KOSTECH and UMSI. To Dan and all other UMSI holders:
How many of you bought UMSI on the recommendation of
KOSTECH? I did and lost 85%.I personally think their write-ups on UMSI were questionable.What do you think?

Perhaps the delay in the filing was because of new funding

Reading the release doesn't appear like it's a dilution of shares.........Ben
