From what I understand it is. Apparently we should be seeing some news fairly soon. <a little off topic> What analysts cover Internet Gambling stocks, and which brokers have done finacings for them? I would like to do some DD and comparisons.

Further to your posting, we wish to confirm that your statements regarding the agreement between CompuServe and Starnet are valid.

As of this posting, the draft agreement is being finalized by CompuServe's lawyers and the deal is expected to close in due course.
