Mostly.

do you understand that point of major difference with the system in the UK? No one is suggesting the nationalization of that system here as you implied a few posts back.

If the government gets to be in the position of paying for all health care, it doesn't matter if they formally own 'the means of production' in the health care system ... ie whether they own all the hospitals, all the doctors receive a paycheck from the NHS or not.
